I’m nearing the 13th week of pregnancy and attempting to get into gear for a VBAC already!
I’m planning to start prenatal yoga here at home and do a bit of walking when Clint and Jack go for their bike ride in the park a few times a week. I am also looking into drinking Red Rasberry Leaf tea in my 2nd and 3rd trimester. Read about the benefits here. I am praying that all goes well and that God will take full control of my body during this pregnancy and labor/delivery. I know that He knows the desires of my heart and He hears my prayers.
