I feel accomplished, even though my sciatica is still bothering me. I called the midwife’s office and was able (thanks to my land lord) able to have them fax me a medical release form. I filled it out and sent it back over, and I’m hoping things will go smoothly. I’ll be calling back on Monday to see if I’m able to make an appointment yet (the OB/GYN nurse has to review my records before I can).

I called the office to make sure they received my fax and they did, I asked if there was anything else that I needed to do and the lady said no.
